Atos Unify names +OneX as its partner of the year for emerging markets

Atos Unify, the remote and distributed work brand within the Atos group has named new-age solutions and systems integrator, +OneX, as its number one business partner for emerging markets and Asia-Pacific. This marks the second year running that the +OneX Unified Communications and Collaboration (UC&C) division has won this accolade. +OneX UC&C, formerly known as Nashua Communications, has been a Unify partner for more than 30 years.

The Atos Unify portfolio enables enterprises to work from anywhere using best-in-class communication, contact centre and collaboration tools. The company’s solutions enable organisations of all sizes to transform the way they collaborate, creating a more connected and productive workforce which can dramatically improve team performance, individual engagement and business efficiency.

The company’s secure Unified Communications-as-a-Service (UCaaS) solutions unify multiple voice, video and data networks, connected devices and applications into an easy-to-use platform that allows teams to collaborate securely, effectively and efficiently. Atos collaborates with a global network of partners like +OneX from project concept and installation, through to ongoing support and management.

Says Johnny Kromer, Executive for Unified Comms and Collaboration at +OneX: “Our relationship with Atos dates back to a time that we were known as Nashua Communications and the Unify product line was owned by Siemens. During that time, the market has evolved from analogue telephony to sophisticated UC&C platforms that are hosted in the cloud.

“Throughout these years, our focus on maintaining the highest level of certification in all product lines and delivering a world-class service to our customers has remained constant. This award recognises our commitment to excellence in delivering communication solutions to our customers. It shows that our customers can be assured that they are receiving top-quality service from a recognised industry leader.”

+OneX caters for a wide range of collaboration solutions, from simple PABX to full enterprise communication platforms and from on premises to all in the cloud. It also provides UC solutions integrating voice, video, messaging, and web collaboration applications, which speeds up business processes, improve time to market and make staff more productive.

Growing the UCaaS segment is a priority for +OneX. According to one research report, the global market for UCaaS is forecast to grow from $57.3 billion in 2020 to $211.4 billion by 2027. By the end of next year, 70% of organisations worldwide are expected to be using some form of UCaaS. UCaaS turns unified communication and collaboration into a secure managed service, hosted in the public or private cloud.
