+OneX UC&C trains up six ICT professionals in Atos Unify solutions

As part of our Unified Communications and Collaboration (UC&C) division’s commitment to Atos Unify technology, we offer the Atos Unify OpenScape 4000 – Basic course for Service to help build the local skills base and ensure customers can maximise their use of Atos Unify Solutions.
The course is for service technicians, internal service personnel and administrators, and builds technical skills in the system, including functional units, connection diagrams, the Atos Unify OpenScape 4000 Assistant, and an introduction to the Atos Unify OpenScape 4000 Expert Access.
As part of the Atos Unify OpenScape Enterprise portfolio, Atos Unify OpenScape 4000 bridges the gap from legacy digital communications to IP-based unified communications.
We recently hosted six ICT professionals from Copperbelt Energy Corporation, Mangosuthu University Of Technology, and University Of Fort Hare  for this course. They emerged ready to install, configure, administer and maintain unified communications solutions based on the Atos Unify OpenScape 4000 system.
